The campsite is awesome, as well as the cabins. We stayed 11 days and loved it, every night there were fireworks, a sing along, and an out door Disney movie. Some nights there was a parade of lights on the water, just beautiful! At the campsite there are 2 pools, one with with activities in the afternoon and a water slide, the other one is quieter. The Mickey bans (bracelets) are very handy since you can pay for things with them, perhaps even too handy "it's on Mickey, yay". The girls had refillable cups which they really enjoyed, especially if you are camped near the store and pool.
Bob is eating a turkey leg .... it is huge, he saw some people eating them and had to try it. Conclusion good but very chewy.
This was a roller coaster which we all loved it featured the music from Aerosmith, I think we did it at least twice.
This young lady from Disney played her role amazingly, she even gave us two fast passes for the Tower of Terror, which the girls loved!!!! We did it four times what a ride!
Not many pics, but interesting the Speedway was cool and the Space simulator was amazing. We enjoyed touring around the venues.
Happy Birthday Bob!! At Disney if it is your b-day they have a special pine for you. The girls insisted he wear it, he was wished happy birthday alll day long, got even funnier by the evening with Mike and Bob but that is another story.
Before starting home we visited NASA
There was a 90 minute bus tour to go to the lift off area but we were not quite into that, overall it was good but could not be compared to Disney.
We returned home stopping for a snow storm, but all is good. We have been very fortunate through this entire trip (4 months 3 weeks) and thank all for their prayers and good wishes as our adventure unfolded. We would also like to thank all those who watched over our house while we were away. It is nice to be back in Pembroke! Even the cat dropped in for a visit, happy and chubby!
