I learnt to barter conversation in Alaska at the end of the season around 5 oclock ... (me) yes I'm sure your cabin is beautiful but presently we are not looking at paying that much, we have a long journey ahead but thank you for your time .... then sometimes they say what would you be willing to pay. it is better then having it empty (and we say YAY!!!!!!)
So that is how we ended up staying here for two nights it is called Uncle Jack's cottage and is under A cabin on the bay, beautiful place!

The gentlemen who owns it brought in two old trains set on tracks because he can ... they are quite unique. One would make an excellent ice cream spot, I think I miss Brum's

Some rich guy from micro soft owns this boat people were excited to have in the harbour at Seward they said the staff came into town and bought out the grocery store and that it was on its way to Australia
